Fashion Designer Of The Week : Gilles Mendel

Here we are for our weekly appointment. This time I want to introduce you Gilles Mendel, designer of J.Mendel.
He showed his collection on 2004 at the New York Fashion Week, introducing the "Ready To Wear (Fall 04)" collection for Runaways before the international press!
He reinvented the concept of Fur. He showed how this material could be transformed.
I Love his dresses. The colours, the fabrics... the lightness, the movement. Ok, I think that is absolutely clear why I decided to show you Mendel dresses.
